I work in print producing both abstract and observed images. I work with collagraph, wood cut and etching processes separately and combined.

I produce art work in print, drawing and painting. I plunder the entire history of art for source material. I draw from observation and imagination and enjoy exploring the potential of the basic raw materials as a starting point for ideas. I am at present working on a series of images drawn from my recent sketchbooks and photographs.

I opened my workshop to other artists some two years ago and have been pleased to welcome a range of interested artists who may be attempting printmaking for the first time or want to explore their ideas using the range of print techniques I can offer.

This has been a rewarding experience for myself, and hopefully, them.

STUDIO: I work from home where I have converted rooms for preparation and printing. I use non-toxic processes for my work.
