John Gittins

Visit a world of landscapes and take your eye for a walk in the great outdoors within the space of a few inches.

I produce two dimensional and three- dimensional works in a variety of media. All items are inspired by the ancient British landscape, archaeological sites as well as natural landscapes. Places that evoke in me a sense of timeless mystery, miniature sculptures, bas-reliefs, original oil paintings and pencil drawings as well as giclee prints. I love detail, and aim to evoke a sense of tranquility in my work through attentive observation as well as a little imagination.
