Philip Khorassandjian

I am a multi-disciplinary artist working with: ceramics, wood turning, drawings, photography. Interested in: form, function, colour, texture, light and shade.
My main output is ceramics and wood turning produced in my garden studio, designed by me and constructed with friends. It looks out over our garden resplendent with fruit trees and honey bees.
As an architect and designer I have always looked at artefacts both from a functional and an aesthetic perspective.
Drawing and photography enable me to appreciate : form, colour and texture. I use my experiences to produce objects that hopefully satisfy not only functional needs but also are pleasurable to use, hold, or simply to look at.
There will be work for sale. Possibly some honey too. Possibly hot drinks and home made cake on offer.
I will be displaying my work with Cath Dunn in her studio which is adjacent to mine.
