This year we’ve teamed up with The Art House to offer even more opportunities for Open Up 2024 artists and makers to promote themselves, network and develop their arts practice throughout the year.

This is the opening of the call for artists to show in the Art House lower gallery.

Whilst there is no deadline, space is limited and will be allocated to chosen exhibitions.

We have four potential exhibition slots of approximately 6 weeks duration each across the year. These are in addition to the two Open Up Group exhibitions where all artists are welcome.

• April/ May Open Up Group exhibition (open call for exhibits now)
• May/ June/ July Show 1
• July/ Aug/ Sept Show 2
• Sept/ Oct/ Nov Show 3
• Nov/ Dec/ Jan /Feb 2025 Open Up Group exhibition
• March/ April Show 4

We’re happy to explore different exhibition formats with you showing individually or in groups. There is no charge to the artist and work can be offered for sale. If selected, we will work closely with you to prepare and promote the exhibition, although we expect the artists to also promote the exhibition. Although not a requirement, we will prefer artists who offer to deliver talks and demonstrations throughout the exhibition duration.
